This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use ESP Clay Target Shooting Diary ("app", “the App”), our clay target shooting scores and analysis application.

The App may access limited technical information, such as your device's operating system version, solely to ensure that certain features function correctly or are displayed appropriately.

All data you enter or generate in the App (such as scores, statistics, or session details) is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to us or to any third party.

2. Information Usage

Because we do not collect any data, we do not use, analyse, sell, or share any personal or non-personal information in any way.

3. Data Storage

All information entered into the App is stored directly on your device and stays on your device.

You may delete this data at any time by clearing the App’s storage or uninstalling the App from your device.

4. Data Export and Sharing 

The App allows you to export your data as either an Excel-compatible spreadsheet or a SQLite database (.db) file. Exported files are created and stored locally on your device.

Exporting your data creates a copy of your data in the selected file format. Your original data remains stored locally on your device.

You may choose to share exported files using your device's built-in sharing features (for example, by email, messaging, cloud storage, or other apps). Any sharing is initiated entirely by you.

Sharing your data is entirely optional and under your control. The App does not automatically transmit, upload, or share your data with us or with any third party.

Once you choose to share an exported file, its handling is governed by the privacy practices and terms of the service or application you use to share it.

5. Third-Party Services

The App does not use any online third-party services, SDKs, or analytics tools that collect or process user information.

The App operates fully offline and does not communicate with any external servers.

This app is independently developed using the Flutter framework. Flutter and the Flutter logo are trademarks of Google LLC. The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.

6. Open-Source Packages and Flutter Extensions

The App is built using the Flutter framework and may include open-source packages, plugins, or extensions from the official Dart and Flutter repositories: https://dart.dev  and  https://pub.dev.

These packages are used solely to provide functionality within the App (such as user interface components, local data handling, and app performance).

To the best of our knowledge, these packages do not collect, transmit, or otherwise process any personal information.

Each package is governed by its own open-source licence, typically available on https://pub.dev and generally under MIT, Apache, Dart and other open-source licenses. These packages and their associated licenses can be viewed from the App About information panel.

7. Children’s Privacy

Although the App does not collect any data and could potentially be used by individuals of any age, it is intended for users aged 16 years and older. We recommend that minors using the App do so under appropriate parental or adult supervision and in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Security

Because the App does not collect or transmit any personal information, there is no risk of data exposure through our systems.

Any data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device and protected by your device’s own security features (such as passcodes, encryption, or biometrics).

9. Intellectual Property

All content and materials within the App, including but not limited to, text, graphics, icons, logos, images, software code, layout, features and design, are the exclusive, intellectual property of the developer and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. 

This Privacy Policy does not grant you any rights to use or reproduce such materials except as required for lawful, personal use of the App.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

From time to time, we may update or modify this Privacy Policy. We are not required to provide specific or direct notice of any updates. It is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.  You can do this by checking this online Privacy Policy document, where the “Effective Date” will be updated whenever changes are made.

By continuing to use the App, you are deemed to have accepted any changes and updates to this Privacy Policy.
